We can achieve extremely high levels of miniaturization and precision thanks to our quality lathes: exclusively Tornos Sliding Headstock (Cams and CNC)). Those lathes are managed with an accurate maintenance program which also allows us to extend the capability and the lifespan well beyond the standards of the industry. We also design and implement systems of our own, enabling us to improve the productive capacity and efficiency of our equipment.

Our manufacturing comes from historical know-how developed for over 65 years. We have full control of the design and realization of all our manufacturing processes and tools.

Measurement and Control
Coming from the watchmaking industry, our key competency remains with the production of very small size parts with great complexity. We were able to expand towards other sectors within the connector industry to support emerging markets. In order to maintain the highest levels of quality, we have developed quality assurance processes supplemented by independent daily checks. Our classic equipment is complemented by specific visual equipment such as microscopes, cameras (up to x 150 magnification), Keyence and optical control that allow us to meet or exceed customer requirements.
The materials machined are mainly copper alloys (brass, bronze, bronze beryllium, copper and nickel) complemented by hardened steels type 20AP, austenitic stainless steel type 303, 316L, 316LVM and cobalt alloy such as Phynox.
